Wood is easily affected by the temperature and the humidity. To ensure the quality of our instruments, 
after the wood arrive the factory, luthiers will carefully stack wood with sticks in between so that air can circulate and make sure the wood keeps flat and dry with a low water content. Our wood storage room is kept in a room with humidity in between 40-50 percent 24-7. 

The shape of guitar's/ukulele's neck are also known as the neck profile. The neck profile is the second critical part after the body. It can greatly affect the playability, comfort of the instrument and also the pitch and tone of each note played. 

Laser Cutting Machines is an ideal method for achieving unmatched level of dimensional accuracy. Laser cutting machines are mostly used for cutting inlays or some custom design works. 

CNC machine stands of Computer Numerical Control, it helps cut out the basic elements of a guitar, such as neck profile, bodies, and bridges. CNC machines are known for precision, making sure the ability to repeat the same procedure and process to close tolerance, reducing the chance of human error and all the parts meet the same specifications. 

After sanding the sides into a certain thickness, we will slowly steam bend the sides for 20-30 minutes to make sure the sides hold into the right shape. We then clamp the sides into a mold and then stick the purlining and the in-blocks in.

Guitar bracing and the tonewood are the most important part of the instrument. Bracing is a system of struts and supports that are glued to the underside of the top of a guitar/ukulele in a specific pattern to provide strength to the top as well as shaping sound, voice and adding personality to the guitar. Tonewood are made with solid wood and book matched and shaved very skin. 

Neck heel is the portion of the beck that attaches to the body, and curves downward away from the fingerboard.It is the instrument part that the guitarist or ukulele player hold. 

The purpose of sanding is to remove imperfections and the machine marks which affect the final finishing look and also to level the finish to make sure the thickness of the polish. Enough to seal the wood pores and also thin enough for the instrument to vibrate. We sand our instruments from 80-2000 grid, to make sure all our gloss finish comes with the glossy glass mirror effect. 

Before we sand the instrument, we make sure the the body and neck is perfectly sanded, clean, dry and grease free before we start painting.
